Privacy Policy
1. What We Collect
Depending on which product you use, we may collect:
- Account information — name and email address, when you sign in via Google
- Usage data — timer sessions, completed pomodoros, settings, and notes you create within the app
- Device information — operating system and app version, for crash reporting and compatibility purposes
We do not collect payment information directly. Any purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their privacy policies.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and improve our products
- Sync your data across devices (where applicable)
- Send push notifications you have opted into
- Diagnose bugs and improve stability
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Third-Party Services
Some Nth Degree Labs products integrate with third-party services. When you use these integrations, your data is also subject to the third party’s own privacy policy:
- Google Sign-In — used for authentication. Governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Drive — used to sync your app data across devices. Your data is stored in your own Google Drive account. Governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
Nth Degree Labs only requests the minimum permissions necessary for these integrations to function.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your app data is primarily stored on your device and, when sync is enabled, within your own Google Drive account. Nth Degree Labs does not maintain its own servers storing your personal content.
We take reasonable precautions to protect any data we do handle, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
5. Data Retention
Your app data persists as long as you use the app or until you delete it. If you remove the app, locally stored data is deleted. Data stored in Google Drive remains in your account under your control and must be removed manually if desired.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. To exercise these rights or ask questions about your data, contact us at the address below.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
